The survey link directs you to an error message

If you click one of our invitation links to a survey, you may immediately see an error message, such as one of these:

"This survey has ended"

  • The survey has been closed since you were invited and your opportunity to take it has expired. We hope you will take another survey with us in the future.

"Bad URL/link"

  • Something has gone wrong with the link you were given and you will need to Contact Us for assistance and a new link.

If you see another error message, or the website is somehow non-functional, please Contact Us and provide as much detail as possible. The better we understand your issue, the more quickly we will be able to resolve it.
